Located just off Coburg Street, adjacent to the entrance into intu Chapelfield our enclosed and automated cycle park with tamper proof steel locking pins means there is no need for your own lock.

To use the cycle park you need to register first and have a minimum of £5 within your account, this takes only a few minutes to set up.

How to use guide

1. Register/log in at norwichcycleparking.co.uk
2. Access gate via mobile / NFC* / fob
3. The gate will release for 5 seconds
4. Locate an available lock (green light)
5. Pre-booked locks will show amber until unlocked by mobile / NFC* / fob
6. Lock your bike securely – light must turn red
